90年前半からエクストリーム＆フリーライドの世界を中心に活躍するフリーライドスノーボーダー。
モンゴル最高峰（4378m）の登頂滑降をはじめアラスカ、シベリア、南米など海外ビックマウンテンでの滑走経験多数。
特にアラスカ急斜面での撮影、氷河キャンプを行い、数多くの映像に出演する。
国内では北海道ニセコを拠点とし、1999年より冬山滑走ガイド集団「POWDER COMPANY GUIDES」を率い、バックカントリー・スノーボードガイドとしても活躍。 ライディングクリニックやツアーを通じ、ゲストのスキル向上を図るとともに、安全で楽しいスノーボードを提唱。
THE NORTH FACEのウェアやバックパックを始め契約メーカーの商品開発に携わる。
自身のPROモデルがGENTEMSTICKより「GT」、「BIG FLOATER」として販売される。
ニセコアンヌプリ国際スキー場内にて「テストセンター＆ガイド事業所」を運営。
夏期はニセコ周辺の川や海でのサップガイド「SUP niseko」を運営する。
また2017年より湘南の海際で「海と雪山」を繋げるべくサーフィンレッスン、SUPガイディング、スノーボードプロショップを設立。
ニセコと湘南を軸に日本全国を飛び回る生活を送る。
Tomoki Takaku

Tomoki Takaku is a prominent freeride snowboarder who has been at the forefront of extreme and freeride snowboarding since the early 1990s. Known for his adventurous spirit, he has climbed and descended Mongolia's highest peak (4378m) and tackled many of the world's most challenging mountains, including those in Alaska, Siberia, and South America. His feats include filming on Alaska’s steep slopes, camping on glaciers, and appearing in numerous snowboarding films.
In Japan, Takaku has been based in Niseko, Hokkaido, where he has worked as a backcountry snowboard guide since 1999. He leads the winter mountain guiding team, "Powder Company Guides," and through clinics and tours, he helps guests improve their snowboarding skills while promoting safety and enjoyment in the backcountry.
Beyond guiding, Takaku is deeply involved in product development for several outdoor gear brands, including THE NORTH FACE, where he collaborates on clothing and backpacks. His signature pro-model snowboards, the "GT" and "BIG FLOATER," are produced by GENTEMSTICK. He also manages the Test Centre and Guide Office in the Niseko Annupuri International Ski Area.
During the summer, Takaku operates SUP Niseko, a stand-up paddleboarding (SUP) guiding service on the rivers and seas surrounding Niseko. In 2017, he expanded his operations to Shonan, establishing a surf school, SUP guiding service, and snowboard pro shop to connect "the sea and the snowy mountains." He now divides his time between Niseko and Shonan, traveling across Japan while embodying his passion for both the mountains and the ocean.

火山、温泉、国立公園など、地質学的に驚異の島である北海道の羊蹄山の麓に住む小薙正樹（mfp）は、自然界と深く結びついている。L.A.とメルボルンで過ごした後、mfp（mindfullpeace）は創作活動の基盤としてこの静かな環境を選んだ。ジル・ピーターソンの「Brownswood Electr*c 2」への参加など、彼の音楽の旅は10年以上に及ぶ。2021年にはデビュー・フル・アルバム『Natural Law』をリリースした。音楽活動にとどまらず、マサキは地域初のオーガニック食品店「Pyram Organics & Plants」を設立し、持続可能性と生態系への意識に対する彼の情熱は食品と音楽の両方に反映され、自然と持続可能な生活とのより深いつながりを促している。
Living at the foot of Mount Yōtei on Hokkaido, Japan’s island of geological wonders, with its volcanoes, hot springs, and national parks, Masaki 'mfp' Konagi is deeply connected to the natural world. After spending time in L.A. and Melbourne, mfp (mindfullpeace) chose this tranquil setting as the foundation for his creative work. His musical journey spans over a decade, including a feature on Gilles Peterson’s 'Brownswood Electr*c 2.' In 2021, he released his debut full-length album, 'Natural Law.' Beyond music, Masaki founded the region’s first organic food store, Pyram Organics & Plants, where his passion for sustainability and ecological awareness is mirrored in both food and music, encouraging a deeper connection to nature and sustainable living.

Niseko Hirafu Green Park's café offers locally roasted coffee from Sprout Niseko and a selection of fresh bagels from Seed Bagel, both proudly local establishments. By evening, the café transforms into a cozy spot for a curated selection of natural wines and cocktails. Open daily from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm.
